I am not good at movie reviews but when I watched "Zindagi na milegi dobara", I felt this is one movie I should write about...Actually a movie that made me traverse a path I so loved!
For me it was a philosophical treat in the most contemporary style...
Here are the take aways:
1. Dare to Dream!
2. You are not alive when you are just breathing, but when you are carrying a dream and dare to fulfill that dream beating all the fears!
2.a If you feel you are in a "tied up"/"in a box", declare yourself dead!
3. You are alive when you are not just letting the moments of life pass...but you welcome each moment with open arms like its a new season and feel the moment lived!
4. Life is all about the journey of finding the real you, even if it means taking the deepest, highest and wildest journeys of your life! Yes, sometimes you find answers hidden deep down in the ocean or high up in the sky or realize it when you are running for your life!
5. Saying sorry is never easy! Its not cowardice to say sorry but takes a lot of courage! So next time when someone says sorry, be proud to be in company of the great!
6. Know what you really want! Sometimes it takes a lifetime to discover what you want in life and its never an easy journey! But make a start to the best journey of your life! When you do, just dont look back...
7.Tomatoes are a good de-tan...So hang out with friends who would rather de-tan you than toxify you!
8.You are good at writing software and therefore you are a software engineer...You are not a software engineer because the job pays you well. You write a program but dont let a program and neither the legal entity who has copyrights for your program own your soul! YOU ARE NOT FOR SALE and never let yourself get into the bodyshopping business! For you to believe so, if it costs a roadtrip to spain with friends you once liked and dont connect so much now(and one of them has slept with your date) --- PLEASE TAKE THAT TRIP!ITS THE CHEAPEST LESSON YOU CAN EVER GET ON THIS PLANET!
9.Have feet? then salsa!
10.Yes! make an attempt to beat the fear of death! Experience the ecstasy!
11. Last but not the least...my bouy! keep yourself mantelly challenged!

Gift to child
It is quite cultural for us to ask young parents as to what they would like to see their child grow up to be...or their aspirations for their child...
I have been part of one of such discussions and I have heard answers from IITs to Standford....Leela palace to Udaipur palace weddings...Pleging to buy anything their child would lay hands to "No EMIs" life of kids....Roger Fererer to Aishwarya Rai...Mark Zukerburg to Chanda Kockar...
Heard it All...
But when I asked myself this question and introspected on these aspirations of parents, my throat choked with pressure for my little baby and myself...
...then I saw this video:
Anuradha Koirala being rewarded with as a CNN hero for her contributions towards rescuing women who have been victims to Human trafficking :

I told myself, how I wish I could impart this compassion to my child and asked myself would my little one need anything else at all but compassion and a will to share it with mankind for life...I am sure no answers are needed for this question, as it is THE ANSWER TO LIFE! A best lesson and legacy worth passing on responsibily by parents to their children...
..my throat choked, but this time with tears of joy...a sense of direction to parenthood!
Results sometimes is not in our hands but choice to right direction surely is!

Equation - Anniversary Special
You are fortunate sometimes to have crossed paths with several fine boys/men. Each of those men might have evoked different sets of emotions in you! You even fall in love with some...
But the irony of life is such that a man who once was the fulcrum of your life is now a only a chapter in your memoirs...
You don't seem to love those men the same way you did once upon a time!
But you will surely meet one man in your life who ends up starting a journey with you at the cross-roads of life...
...and each time you love him you are hurt!
...and each time you think its all over, he surprises you with a substantial journey to the new depth of love...You are left spellbound to have discovered the newer altitudes in your relationship!

You will find yourself very lucky to have an equation in your life that holds absolute in everchanging seasons of life, love and womanhood...

I am X and my dear Y of the evergreen, everlasting equation...Happy Anniversary!
9 years and we have travelled around 9 planets...Its time to head to Eris now!

What Women Want?
My courageous attempt to try answering one of the priceless question that 14.5 billion years post big bang remains unanswered and a 14.5 trillion dollar economy of US can't buy!
WHAT WOMAN WANT?
Unapologetically I would answer these in 3 words...
Attention...Appreciation..Affirmation!
These are symptoms harvested of a much deeper problem from our upbringing of women.
Across the globe girls grow up hearing...
fair is good! dark is bad!
thin is good! fat is bad!
size 4-6 is perfect! everything else is not!..
Such list of goods and bads is longer than a toilet paper roll! (...which are just worth flushing!)
Subconsciously there are voids created in various sectors of a woman's persona. Brain, an involumtary organ as claimed by Science, tries to fill in these voids by seeking(fighting for! or is begging a better word?) attention, appreciation and affirmation!
Provoking?
Ok. Lets try and answer a few questions...
1. Control freak?
2. Won't like if your friend gets better attention from men/boyz than you?
3. Hurts when your friend is termed most beautiful woman of the class/workplace/"whatever scope"?
4. Pricks when your husband is having a great time with his female friend? (may be you have problems even if he is having a good time with his male friend/mother/relative/or evening come home a little late? )
5. Like to be the center of attention?
6. Like your husband/boyfriend/anyone for that matter to prove and prove and prove his/her love to you in all the craziest ways you can even imagine?
7. Prefers to confide in male friends than female friends?
8. Have tried a zillion ways to impress men for that little attention? Even watched cricket/read up science/ got alchoholic/ showed off a tomboy-cool attitude and many other gimmicks which would have made ways to your "like list" from your "not like" list...
9. Painful waxing? uncomfortable Jimmy Choos? almost breathless Prada? how about going under a knife?
10. Still thinking how you will get "that" guy pay attention to you? Reciprocate your feelings?
Have been a victim of such comments/symptoms/feelings?
These are manifestions of the inner voids women create as a function of time!
A woman is complete in herself. She has no reason to waste a precious life filling in the voids she has created which will only turn into craters as life progresses but these voids can never be filled by anyone than herself.
Scientific Gyan to this symptom!
We see an object go out of balance if the sum of all the energies in its space doesn't sum upto zero. A woman (who is nothing but a molecular mass close to thousand billion billion molecules) who channelizes all her energy into her own self in the form of creativity fulfilling herself that shines as a star through her enriched character is in equilibrium!
Philosophical Gyan to this symptom!
A soul has no gender! It only has a purpose! Its highest purpose is working towards excellence, perfection and in this progressive journey the soul shall remain focused towards its path of excellence (which surely isn't seeking attention, appreciation and affirmation from men!)

Self sufficiency! paripUrNa! -- as we are gifted either you are a believer of science or philosophy!
I write this as a token of gratitude to all those inspiring women who have lived their lives without enslaving themselves to such symptoms of demanding attention, appreciation and affirmation but have COMMANDED these due to their strength of character!

Mahi Way
1.2 billion orgasms in that one shot from the Unflinching Hero viz Mahendra Singh Dhoni urfff His Highness Mahi!....an orgasm that probably lasted longest, witnessed in 4.2 billion years of life on the blue planet...

Explain 10 reasons why MS Dhoni was termed as greatest captain of Indian Cricket team (5 Marks)
Fill up the blanks:
1. Man of the Match - World Cup final 2011 was ........... ( 1 Mark)
2. MS Dhoni's score in World cup final 2011 was ............ ( 1 Mark)
3. ........Stadium is named after MS Dhoni (1 Mark)

I can bet that our children and grandchildren would score maximum in these questions for their inner motivation towards this chapter!
I just wrote these lines and my husband remarked that the first line implies I, who is proclaimed spiritual person has been TURNED ON by MS Dhoni and it doesnt quite go well with my personality!
I was about to deny it and paused! Wait a min! Isn't it just true! Isn't this exactly what is supposed to turn on any human! ...satisfy a human....inspire a human for life!(intentially keeping this sentence gender free to keep focus on the attribute of a man irrespective of the gender!)
True orgasm is not in the muscle contractions! neither in Sheela ki Jawani or Munni ki Zandu Balm!
